Axiare Patrimonio was established in order to invest in the Spanish real estate market based on a long-term business plan. Its primary activity is the identification of investment opportunities to be held in its rental portfolio and the acquisition of high-quality properties with excellent upside potential via value-added management, which aims to reposition them in order to guarantee the quality, occupancy and sustainability of the properties.
The company aims to obtain the highest profitability on the properties acquired, thereby maximising the return for our shareholders via one-to-one and constructive tenant management.
Axiare Patrimonio’s investment policy is aimed at building a prime commercial property portfolio: primarily focused on offices in the CBDs of Madrid and Barcelona, logistics platforms in strategic industrial parks and consolidated retail properties across the whole of Spain.
