Segovia Provincial Council expects all now VICAM empty offices in the building, a total of 19, are rented to entrepreneurs in February. At least that's the forecast Deputy Economic Development Service, Rafael Casado, who in full yesterday's provincial institution expressed confidence "give life" to the building in the short term.
Once in November 2014, the Council agreed to rent the VICAM building owned by 'Vivero Cameral Segovia 21 SL', Economic Development Service has conducted a study to price sublet their offices. And in the city yesterday were approved with votes for the PP and the opposition Socialist deputies, the prices to be paid by entrepreneurs wishing to sign a lease to use one of these offices.
Given that the square meter will be rented at 13 euros, the smallest office of 15.16 square meters, will cost 197.08 euros, amount to which must be added another 30 euros, by way of "common overhead" . In total, will monthly 227.08 euros. The most expensive of the 19 offered offices coincides with the widest (26.70 meters square) and will cost 377, 10 euros.
The VICAM also offers two meeting rooms with capacity for ten people (the rental of a full day is 40 euros) and one for 120 people (your car a day will cost 160 euros). Other services offered are laptop (4 euros / hour) or video projector and screen (4 euros / hour). The VICAM also host different "virtual offices" whose price varies under the services contracted by the entrepreneur. While the "virtual office Basic" cost 25 euros / month, called "Medium" worth 50, and higher-end, "Experience", 100.
Married revealed yesterday that in the last week, 14 entrepreneurs have visited the facilities of the building VICAM inquiring about renting some of its offices. Of those, six have confirmed their desire to be implanted there from February 1, so should formalize contracts in the coming days. "In late February, or at most in the first half of March, the building will be fully occupied," predicted Casado, who wished to emphasize that the revival of VICAM will be "beneficial" because it "will generate economic movement".
The debate on prices of offices in VICAM sparked a new dialectical confrontation between the socialist deputy Married Jesus Bravo. The latter was confirmed in his position already known about the building above, criticizing the Council decided to rent the property for two years, paying a rent of 5,600 euros per month. For Bravo, this operation was "a hidden subsidy to the Chamber of Commerce", in order that this entity can deal with payments under construction VICAM. The former mayor of Turégano also warned that now, which aims to make the Council is sublet the building, which, in his view, "not part of the end" of the provincial institution. In addition, Bravo said he was "surprised" by the sudden appearance of entrepreneurs, since the last Informative Commission for Economic Development, he asked how many people were interested in renting an office, obtaining in response that "for now, no".
Meanwhile, Casado said the council has done "a good operation" with the building, whose second floor offices Economic Development Service are located, leaving the other two floors for offices entrepreneurs and meeting rooms . As revealed Casado, yesterday began work on building a person to serve entrepreneurs with rented office. In his opinion, the revival of VICAM "is a way to help entrepreneurs and boost employment."
