The property consultant Knight Frank and the architectural firm Hans Abaton have completed the rehabilitation project of the office building located at Paseo de la Castellana 278, Madrid, former headquarters of Repsol, which will house the offices of ICEX, Spain Expansion Exterior and Cofides . The property, owned by Metrovacesa real estate, has an available area of 15,500 meters.
The project -adjudicado by contest- also includes the renovation of the adjacent building (Paseo de la Castellana, 280), also owned by Metrovacesa. Sigla the restaurant chain, which manages Vips or Ginos establishments, including banners will be installed on part of the property.
This is the first project that both companies held jointly. The consultant selected as partner Hans Abaton to develop projects of architecture, planning and interior design, both in the residential area and offices.
