The Governing Board of the City of Madrid has finally approved the Draft Economic Reparcelación the "APE 16.11 Valdebebas Park Airport City", once completed all necessary administrative procedures.
Pending publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, this approval will allow, on the one hand, the resumption of new licensing work and secondly, the return of normalcy those first occupation licenses and licenses already granted works that have been affected by the interposition of litigation.
Following this milestone is estimated that in the upcoming months the building of 1,000 new homes will start, mostly in free promotion, adding to the more than 4,000 currently already built.
