The Association for the Promotion of Renting (Arrenta) has launched a rental insurance for shops and offices, the company reported.
The insurance, which will be marketed under the name Arrenta Total Local and performed with the insurance company ARAG, is aimed at freelancers or employees and limited maximum monthly income of 2,500 euros.
Specifically, it is an annual insurance that can cover three to six months. For three months, for a minimum rent of 275 euros and 300 euros for six months.
