Why not use traditional office design?
Saying that there is a traditional office comes from the industrial era where a model applicable to all (Once size fits all). The spaces must adapt to the needs of people. An office is more than four walls, is a place that should lead to innovation and sustain the commitment of employees.
What is the best thing of working in a creative office?
Shows you the good side of being in the office. If people could choose they would work at home because travel is a waste of time and costs a lot of effort. Now, an office with an incredible environment not only compensates but adds value.
What is the feeling among employees?
People are proactive, focused, happy. It's valued because the space reflects what the organization promotes and it´s values and principles.
What would you say to the most reluctant to this new design?
I would say: "Where do you prefer to work? In a gray office or an inspiring place? Who do you prefer to work with? With people who believe: "Information is power" or with the beliebe: "Together we add more"? Is your choice."
